Circa 1990s Gruhn D-4J. George Gruhn is the patriarc of the Nashville guitar scene and long standing store. A series of these guitars designed by in conjunction with Bill Collings in the late 1980s. I remember meeting George in Nashville a few years back. He had a giant yellow bowenconstrictor around his neck at the time. The man is an absolute authority on guitars...and large friendly reptiles. Designed by George and made in Japan this is a stunning example of a round shoulder Gibson AJ style acoustic with some deluxe appointments.
