With in-house guitar technicians on staff (Monday to Friday) we’re able to offer comprehensive instrument servicing for your electric or acoustic guitar, bass, mandolin, ukulele or banjo.

Standard servicing maximum 5 business days (this excludes structural repairs and finish work).
On the spot priority servicing available for general servicing work with a $50 fee! (Monday to Friday only)

Re-String - $35 plus strings*
Service includes:
Fingerboard clean and condition

*$45 for 12 string guitars
*$55 for Floyd Rose equipped instruments
*Deep cleaning fee ($20) applies to instruments with heavily soiled fingerboards

Priority Servicing
Add $50 to above rates for same-day, on the spot servicing (weekdays only), please allow a minimum of 2 hours.
Guitar Service, Setup and Fret Dress - $170 - $250 plus strings
Service includes:
Fret level to correct fretboard radius
Crown/reshape frets
Clean and polish frets
Optional extras if required
Re-fretting service & microtonal conversions also available!
Nut Replacement - $80 including nut blank, strings extra (or including a setup for $140 including nut blank, strings extra)
Service includes:
Removal of old nut
Carving of new bone nut
Fitting of new nut
String slot cutting and polishing
Electronic works (quoting upon inspection)
Services include:
Pickup installation (Acoustic & Electric)
Pickup re-winding
Custom pickup winding
Wax potting
